Amazing Staff and Great Location
great sizelovely addition
The staff were lovely and very personable. The pool and gym were great and the areas were kept very clean. Our room was a great size. A steamer was a lovely addition.

Breakfast at the Hemisphere Restaurant was very delicious. We ordered alacarte on two mornings. A buffet spread is also available. There are great options with the restaurants inside the structure itself.

Our room was clean. Rooms were well-cleaned. Bed linen and towels were of very good quality. The products in the room were all very good. There is body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The rooftop pool is great. The pool and gym were great. The hotel let us store our bags for several days while we travelled around Cambodia. The gym has equipment to cover most workout routines.

i found the location convenient for exploring. major attractions were easily accessible. the rooftop bar became my favorite spot as it provided fine views. the staff's friendliness added an extra layer of satisfaction to my experience
the air conditioning system had a slight issue not immediately fixed but it was a minor inconvenience

The entrance looked like a parking garage. The reception was on the fourth floor it was not so convenient.
