amazing stay
kind staff coffee machine clean rooms purple tulips
the staff were kind. the rooms had everything i needed including a steamer and coffee machine. the rooms were clean and modern. leap organised balloons and a birthday cake. she also found purple tulips for me.
there was a very slight issue with the air-conditioning in the room, but this got fixed.

the hotel have a chinese restaurant attached. breakfast include a delicious buffet with very friendly waitress and cooks. i found accommodating staff in restaurants. service was excellent.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is new. The hotel is well maintained and very clean.
The breakfast buffet is expensive. The breakfast choice is limited. Some items on the menu were not available. They explained that there were only a few guests.

small room lack of storage
the pool was a welcome amenity after a day of exploring the city.
I was disappointed by the room size it was very small for the price we paid. also, the lack of storage space was frustrating. There were no drawers or shelves for clothes. this made it difficult to keep our belongings organized

Amazing Staff and Great Location
great size lovely addition
The staff were lovely and very personable. The pool and gym were great and the areas were kept very clean. Our room was a great size. A steamer was a lovely addition.

Breakfast at the Hemisphere Restaurant was very delicious. We ordered alacarte on two mornings. A buffet spread is also available. There are great options with the restaurants inside the structure itself.

Our room was clean. Rooms were well-cleaned. Bed linen and towels were of very good quality. The products in the room were all very good. There is body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

The rooftop pool is great. The pool and gym were great. The hotel let us store our bags for several days while we travelled around Cambodia. The gym has equipment to cover most workout routines.

central location fine views friendly staff
i found the location convenient for exploring. major attractions were easily accessible. the rooftop bar became my favorite spot as it provided fine views. the staff's friendliness added an extra layer of satisfaction to my experience
the air conditioning system had a slight issue not immediately fixed but it was a minor inconvenience

varied selection top quality parking garage fourth floor
The breakfast offered a large varied Asian and Western buffet selection. The provided products in the room included top quality body wash shampoo conditioner and body lotion.
The entrance looked like a parking garage. The reception was on the fourth floor it was not so convenient.
